Hi Friends

I’ve been down for the count this past week with the ick, and let me tell you, when you’re stuck feeling lousy and trying not to cough, you do a fair bit of scrolling.

Somewhere in all that, I came across a video I thought was really worth sharing. It’s from a podcast called Redeemed Wretch on YouTube. I don’t know if he’s on Substack, but I may poke around and see. I’ve enjoyed what I’ve heard so far, and I think you might too.
